Abstract
Fabricación de gránulos de carbono para su uso en micrófonos. En la presente propuesta, se utiliza un material de partida de elevado contenido en carbono (99%), bajo contenido en materia mineral (< 2% cenizas), y gran dureza e inercia química, lo que simplifica considerablemente el proceso de preparación. Tras sucesivas operaciones de molienda/clasificación, se llega a un producto con un tamaño de partícula comprendido entre 100-500 {mi}m, el cual se somete a un proceso de eliminación de finos, seguido de tratamiento térmico a temperaturas comprendidas entre 800 y 1.200ºC, durante 1-10 h, según la conductividad térmica que se desee obtener (condición fijada por el fabricante de micrófonos). Los gránulos así obtenidos, sin ningún tratamiento de estabilización, una vez montados en el micrófono, han facilitado una señal estable y continua, la cual se ha mantenido sin alteración a lo largo del tiempo.Manufacture of carbon granules for use in microphones.
