Abstract

Procedimientos de control de la presión de sistema de reactor, por modulación de potencia de núcleo del reactor. Un procedimiento de control en un sistema (8), que posee una turbina-generador (4) y un BWR (10), que modula la potencia térmica del núcleo (12) del reactor mientras mantiene las válvulas (22) de control de turbina principal en una posición estable constante. La potencia térmica del núcleo (12) puede ser ajustada mediante el ajuste de la densidad de barra de control en el interior del núcleo (12) de reactor, o mediante el ajuste de la velocidad de flujo a través del reactor (10) que puede ser realizada mediante la modulación de la velocidad de bombas (40) de recirculación de frecuencia variable, o mediante la modulación de válvulas (44) de control de flujo de recirculación. El procedimiento incluye transferir el sistema de generación de energía desde el control de presión por modulación de válvula (22) de control de turbina normal, a control de presión por modulación de potenciatérmica de núcleo (12). Adicionalmente, el procedimiento incluye la modificación de la predisposición de cierre de la válvula (54) de derivación y de la predisposición del control de potencia para acomodar las variaciones desde el control de presión por modulación de potencia de núcleo (12) por encima del control de presión normal.
