Abstract
Instalación para la evaluación automática del estado de la banda de rodadura en ruedas de trenes en movimiento. Comprende una viga carril (1) por cada carril ferroviario (8), un contracarril para asegurar el guiado de las ruedas, palpadores (P1, P2, P3, P4) destinados a entrar en contacto con las ruedas que pasan sobre ellos, portapalpadores montados en la viga carril para asegurar el contacto rueda-palpador, un equipo de ultrasonidos (12) para emitir hacia las ruedas pulsos ultrasónicos y generar las trazas ultrasónicas correspondientes, un procesador local (13) para controlar el equipo de ultrasonidos y recibir las señales de traza ultrasónica generadas, un ordenador (14), conectado al procesador local, para gestionar el equipo de ultrasonidos y una antena (15), conectada al ordenador, para identificar las composiciones de tren medidas. La invención es útil para detectar fisuras en la banda de rodadura de ruedas ferroviarias.
