Abstract

Sistema de control electrónico de potencia para placas vitrocerámicas con sensor óptico de presencia de olla compuesto por un interruptor óptico o "touch control", un microprocesador, un interruptor electrónico estático o "triac" y un sensor de presencia de olla. Mediante el interruptor electrónico estático o "triac" se consigue que los períodos de conexión y desconexión del calentador sean más cortos y uniformes a la vez que se alcanza la temperatura programada en menos tiempo y una mayor estabilidad de temperatura. Mediante el sensor de presencia de olla a través de conductores de fibra óptica o conductores de cuarzo se emite una señal al fondo de la olla que es reflejada y captada por un sensor, transmitiendo la orden de conexión o desconexión en el caso de que esté utilizando el calentador o no. El sistema de control electrónico de potencia para placas vitrocerámicas con sensor óptico de presencia de olla es utilizado en las cocinas domésticas y otros electrodomésticos para minimizar elconsumo energético y maximizar el rendimiento de dicho electrodoméstico.
