Abstract
Mejoras introducidas en la patente de invención P 9602665,por: "Máquina mejorada para compactación de moldes de arena por impacto de aire u onda expansiva". La máquina incluye un calderín de presión (1) capaz de suministrar, a través de un difusor (2), aire de soplado a una capa de moldeo, incluyendo un cuerpo valvular (7) solidarizado entre un marco (6) previsto bajo la base del calderín (1) y el difusor (2), siendo aquel de contorno cuadrangular o rectangular y estando fijada en correspondencia con una de sus paredes una membrana (8) fijada por sus zonas marginales a las zonas marginales del cuerpo valvular (7), definiéndose fuera de aquella una cámara envolvente (10) que al ser presurizada provoca la estrangulación de cada membrana (8) junto al asiento (11) y el consiguiente cierre valvular, con la particularidad de que la apertura de la válvula que forma cada membrana (8) con un asiento enfrentado a la misma determina, a través del difusor (2) un chorro de aire que se proyecta contra laarena de la caja de moldeo.
