Abstract
Maquina mejorada para compactación de moldes de arena por impacto de aire u onda expansiva. La máquina, que cuenta con un calderín de presión (1) capaz de suministrar una corriente de aire de soplado a través del difusor (2) hacia la caja de moldeo (3), centra sus características en un sistema valvular específico según el cual a la embocadura (9) del calderín (1) y con la colaboración de un marco soporte (8), se fija un cuerpo valvular (7), tubular, al que a su vez se solidariza el difusor (2), definiendo este conjunto, con un amplio núcleo central (15), un paso periférico (16) para salida del aire en el que se establece un asiento valvular interno (14) para una membrana tubular (11) fijada por sus zonas marginales a las zonas marginales del cuerpo valvular (7), definiéndose por fuera de ella una cámara envolvente (12) que, al ser presurizada, provoca la estrangulación de la membrana (11) contra el asiento (14) y el consecuente cierre valvular. La apertura de la válvula (11-14) determina,a través del difusor (2), un chorro de aire que se concentra fundamentalmente sobre la zona perimetral de la caja de moldeo (3), mejorando la compactación de la arena (5). The opening of the valve (11-14) determines, through the diffuser (2), an air jet that is mainly concentrated on the perimeter area of the molding box (3), improving the compaction of the sand (5) .
