Abstract

Sistema modular de construcción integralde edificaciones en madera maciza. El sistema se basa en la utilización de módulos que se repiten en forjados de planta (2), paredes (1) y cubierta constituidos dichos módulos por agrupaciones verticales de tablones (4) unidos a través de sus cantos transversales mediante perfiles metálicos y horizontales (11) y mediante barras tensoras alojadas en orificios enfrentados de los propios tablones (4), presentando los extremos de aquellas roscados para el apriete mediante tuercas correspondientes. Los tablones (4) cuentan con medios de machi-hembrado (5), obteniéndose módulos de igual altura a la existente entre suelo y techo. La fijación horizontal a los forjados (2) de planta se realiza mediante soldadura u otros medios de los perfiles horizontales (11), mientras que las uniones verticales entre módulos concurrentes se realiza mediante atornillado de los extremos de las barras tensoras (7) al concurrente o a perfiles auxiliares en "L'' (19). Los módulosde tabiquería, forjado y cubierta, pueden tener espesores diferentes para acomodase a los criterios del proyecto de ejecución.Modular system of integral construction of solid wood buildings.
