LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO DE PRODUCCION DE ACERO LIQUIDO SEGUN EL CUAL SE REALIZA LA FUSION DE MATERIALES FERROSOS RICOS EN MATERIAS CARBONADAS DE MANERA A OBTENER UN METAL LIQUIDO CARBURADO, Y A CONTINUACION LA DECARBURACION DE DICHO METAL LIQUIDO DE MANERA TRANSFORMARLA DE ACERO LIQUIDO, CARACTERIZADO EN QUE SE REALIZA LA FUSION DE DICHAS MATERIAS FERROSAS, EN UNA PRIMERA CUBA (1) DE UN HORNO ELECTRICO, SE REALIZA A CONTINUACION UN PRETRATAMIENTO DE DICHO METAL LIQUIDO CARBURADO ASI OBTENIDO EN UNA INSTALACION DE PRETRATAMIENTO SEPARADA, Y SE REALIZA POR FIN LA DECARBURACION DE DICHO METAL LIQUIDO CARBURADO EN UNA SEGUNDA CUBA (10) DE UN HORNO ELECTRICO. LA INVENCION SE REFIERE TAMBIEN A UNA INSTALACION DE PRODUCCION DE ACERO LIQUIDO PARA LA APLICACION DE ESTE PROCESO. PREFERENTEMENTE, LAS PRIMERA Y SEGUNDA CUBA ESTAN CONSTITUIDAS POR LAS DOS OTRAS CUBAS DE UN HORNO ELECTRICO DE DOBLE CUBA Y ALIMENTACION ELECTRICA UNICA.
