Abstract

Dispositivo para la ocultación térmica de una fuente de rayos infrarrojos, en especial de un motor de combustión interna para vehículos. Tapa (2) para la ocultación térmica de una fuente (1) de rayos infrarrojos, cuya tapa (2) está destinada, como mínimo, a atenuar las radiaciones infrarrojas emitidas por dicha fuente (1), comprendiendo una estructura hinchable envolvente con paredes flexibles (3) conformada para adaptarse desde arriba sobre la fuente de radiación (1) y constituida en un material flexible y mal conductor térmico. Como mínimo la parte de la superficie interna de la estructura envolvente (3) que está situada con respecto a la fuente de radiación en el lado de ésta en el que las radiaciones emitidas por ella deben ser atenuadas en menor grado, queda dotada de un cuerpo reflectante flexible (4) apropiado para reflejar como mínimo parcialmente las radiaciones infrarrojas procedentes de la fuente de las mismas.
