Abstract
Manguito de apriete y procedimiento para su fabricación. El manguito que sirve para la compensación de holgura axial entre elementos de máquinas tiene una zona de deformación (14) dispuesta entre secciones extremas axiales (10, 12) con al menos un abombado radial (20, 22) de espesor de pared predeterminado. Para obtener una curva característica fuerza-deformación más uniforme, se prevé que el espesor de pared varíe continuamente en dirección axial al menos a lo largo de la mayor parte de la zona de deformación (14), siendo la diferencia entre los espesores de pared mínimo y máximo al menos un 20 % del espesor de pared mínimo y estando situada entre dos zonas delgadas al menos una zona más gruesa. El procedimiento se caracteriza porque partiendo de un material inicial se obtiene la forma exterior mediante mecanizado por arranque de virutas. Figura 1.
