Abstract

La invención se refiere a una cubeta o bandeja para la elaboración de productos alimenticios que pueden liberar un suero o sustancias liquidas. La misma dispone de un cuerpo con un panel (12) complementario superpuesto, vinculado al fondo para la cobertura y cierre de los citados productos. El panel (12) constituye un plano de apoyo para el producto elaborado y presenta un orificio (21) de drenaje en correrspondencia con cada cavidad, para el paso de las sustancias liquidas desde la parte superior del panel hasta la inferior, en las cavidades.
