Abstract
Procedimiento biotecnológico para la recuperación del aceite retenido por el orujo húmedo. La invención se centra en un procedimiento biotecnológico para la recuperación del aceite retenido por el orujo húmedo, mediante un sistema continuo de centrifugación de dos fases o proceso ecológico que solubilice la pulpa con lo que el aceite queda suelto pudiendo recuperarse por centrifugación, fundamentándose en la utilización del orujo húmedo como medio de cultivo para el desarrollo de bacterias hidrolíticas que por la actividad de sus encimas extracelulares transforman los carbohidratos que constituyen la pulpa de la aceituna, en compuesto de bajo peso celular solubles en el agua de vegetación, con lo que el aceite queda suelto pudiendo separarse de la fracción acuosa y de la fracción sólida, por una simple centrifugación en un decanter de tres fases.Biotechnological procedure for the recovery of the oil retained by the wet pomace. The invention focuses on a biotechnological process for the recovery of the oil retained by the wet pomace, by means of a continuous two-phase centrifugation system or ecological process that solubilizes the pulp so that the oil is loose and can be recovered by centrifugation, based on the use of the wet pomace as a culture medium for the development of hydrolytic bacteria that, due to the activity of their extracellular enzymes, transform the carbohydrates that constitute the pulp of the olive, into a compound of low cellular weight soluble in the vegetation water, with which the oil is loose and can be separated from the aqueous fraction and the solid fraction, by simple centrifugation in a three phase decanter.
