Un reposa-cabeza que comprende un armazón en forma de U invertida constituido por dos espigas metálicas (6) y por una cubierta (7) hecha de materia plástica moldeada de una sola pieza, comprendiendo cada rama vertical del armazón una de las citadas espigas metálicas (6) y una porción de dicha cubierta (7) moldeada sobre esta espiga, presentando la parte central (8) del armazón, que no está moldeada sobre alguna espiga, por ejemplo un perfil sinuoso de espesor constante.
