Abstract

Elemento de polea de correa en V y método de fabricarlo. Un elemento la de una polea motriz 1, un elemento 2a de una polea accionada 2, y un elemento 2b de la polea accionada 2 de una transmisión continuamente variable para motocicleta scooter o análogos se fabrican por respectivos procedimientos mejorados que se simplifican y componen de un número reducido de fases para mayor productividad. El elemento 1a de la polea motriz 1 tiene una cara de accionamiento estampada 4 con un agujero de encaje 4a definido en ella y un saliente 5 encajado en el agujero de encaje 4a, estando el saliente 5 forjado en frío, cortado en sus extremos opuestos, y brochado. La cara de acionamiento 4 y el saliente 5 tienen superficies de encaje mutuo unidas entre sí por soldadura por haz láser. El elemento 2a de la polea motriz 2 tiene una cara accionada estampada 6 con un agujero de encaje 6a definido en ella y un saliente 7 encajado en el agujero de encaje 6a, estando el saliente 7 forjado en frío, maquinado en sus bordes interno y externo, procesado por endurecimiento por inducción de alta frecuencia, y rectificado. La cara accionada 6 y el saliente 7 tienen superficies de encaje mutuo unidas entre sí por soldadura por haz láser. El elemento 2b de la polea motriz 2 tiene una cara accionada estampada móvil 8 con un agujero de encaje 8a definido en ella y una excéntrica 9 encajada en el agujero de encaje 8a, estando la excéntrica 9 forjada en frío y maquinada en sus bordes interno y externo. La cara accionada móvil 8 y la excéntrica 9 tienen superficies de encaje mutuo unidas entre sí por soldadura por haz láser. Otro elemento 2a de una polea accionada 2 tiene una cara accionada 6 que incluye una región superficial ondulada "g'' que se extiende desde su superficie de encaje que se encaja sobre el saliente 7. La región superficial ondulada "g'' incluye un primer saliente anular "g1'' contiguo a dicha superficie de encaje y sobresaliendo axialmente hacia un lado frontal de un plato de transmisión 4b, y unsegundo saliente anular "g2'' contiguo a y radialmente hacia fuera de dicho primer saliente anular "g1'' y sobresaliendo axialmente de dicho lado frontal del lato de transmisión 4b. La cara accionada 6 y el saliente 7 tienen superficies de encaje mutuo unidas entre sí por soldadura por haz láser.
