Abstract

SE DESARROLLA UN METODO DE PRODUCCION EN SERIE DE ANTENAS DE CIRCUITO IMPRESO QUE INCLUYE LAS ETAPAS DE SUMINISTRO DE UN SUSTRATO DE MATERIAL DIELECTRICO QUE POSEE UNA PRIMERA Y UNA SEGUNDA CARA, ELIMINAR PARTES DEL SUSTRATO PARA PRODUCIR UNA MATRIZ DE SEGMENTOS INTERCONECTADOS DEL TAMAÑO DESEADO, FABRICAR UN ELEMENTO RADIANTE PRINCIPAL EN LA PRIMERA CARA DE CADA SEGMENTO DE SUSTRATO, RECUBRIR CADA SEGMENTO DE SUSTRATO CON UN MATERIAL DIELECTRICO PROTECTOR, Y SEPARAR CADA SEGMENTO DE SUSTRATO DEL SUSTRATO DIELECTRICO PARA FORMAR VARIAS ANTENAS DE CIRCUITO IMPRESO INDIVIDUALES. PREFERIBLEMENTE, CADA UNA DE LAS ETAPAS MENCIONADAS PUEDEN SER REALIZADAS SOBRE CADA SEGMENTO DE SUSTRATO EN FORMA SUSTANCIALMENTE SIMULTANEA. EL METODO PUEDE INCLUIR TAMBIEN LAS ETAPAS DE LIBERACION DE UN EXTREMO DE LOS SEGMENTOS DE SUSTRATO, UNIR UN CONECTOR ELECTRICO A CADA SEGMENTO DE SUSTRATO Y RECUBRIR EL CONECTOR ELECTRICO DE CADA SEGMENTO DE SUSTRATO ANTES DE LA ETAPA DE SEPARACION.
