IF THE READ NAME AND ADDRESS MATCH A PREVIOUS NAME AND ADDRESS IN THE DATABASE, THEN THE POSTAL OBJECT IS IDENTIFIED AS INCORRECT ADDRESS AND INTERCEPTED IN THE POSTAL CHAIN. THE DEVICE THEN SEARCHES IN THE DATABASE NCOA FOR A FORWARDING ADDRESS AND POSTAL CODE CORRESPONDING TO THE ADDRESS.
