Abstract

El objeto de la invención es un Transportador de frutas y hortalizas para su clasificación por peso y parámetros electro- ópticos, del tipo monorraíl, con elementos portadores de la fruta acoplados a una cadena de arrastre, formados por rodillos bicónicos giratorios. Cada portador está compuesto por dos biconos (1) unidos por un marco (2), encastrándose el conjunto en una cadena de arrastre (3) por medio de una pieza de anclaje (4) con dos salientes (5), con capacidad de desplazamiento vertical. Al deslizar el marco (2) sobre unas guías, transmiten estas el peso a células de carga, cuya señal es analizada electrónicamente para descontar la tara y obtener el peso de cada fruta. Los biconos (1) giran por rozamiento de sus extremos esmerilados con una cinta motora, dependiendo la velocidad y el sentido de giro de los biconos (1) de la relación entre las velocidades lineales de la cinta motora y la cadena de arrastre (3).
