Abstract

Sistema y aparato de guía y ayuda para personas incapacitadas visualmente. Para guía y ayuda de personas incapacitadas visualmente se proporciona un aparato (1) que comprende una etiqueta de resonancia (2), una antena (3) y un escáner móvil (2). La etiqueta de resonancia (2) tiene un elemento de inductancia definido por una pareja de láminas conductoras y un elemento capacitivo de capacidad distribuida a lo largo de una película fina dieléctrica que está acoplada a la lámina conductora. Una persona incapacitada visualmente explora la etiqueta de resonancia (2) por medio de un bastón (9) que contiene la antena (3) acoplada al escáner móvil (4). La antena (3) transmite ondas eléctricas con frecuencia de 5 a 60 MHz y desde la etiqueta de resonancia (2) se reflejan onda de resonancia de frecuencia predeterminada. Las ondas de resonancia recibidas son comparadas con los datos de la memoria y por medio del escáner (4) se convierten en un mensaje de voz para la salida desde un altavoz. Si se usa una pluralidad de etiquetas de resonancia (2), cada una de las cuales tiene una frecuencia de resonancia diferente, puede obtenerse una pluralidad de información tal como, por ejemplo, "caminar'', "parar'' "girar a la derecha'', "girar a la izquierda'', y similares.
