Abstract
Con la presente invención se deben suprimir de una forma sencilla las desventajas de un decatizado en marmita, mejorando de esta forma el resultado global, eliminando el brillo irreal y grasiento del articulo haciéndolo más voluminoso y suave al tacto. Por ello se basa la invención en el principio de fluidización. Para ello encuentra aplicación un tambor de tratamiento (2) perforado, en cuyo interior se genera vacío. El bien textil (10) a tratar discurre entre un filtro acompañante (1) sin fin contorneante, presionante y poroso, y una funda textil (9) de la superficie del tambor (2), discurriendo ahí al menos en una fase de vaporización (a) y a continuación una fase (c), en el cual se aspira el bien textil (10). La tarea mencionada arriba se resuelve haciendo que la funda textil (9) del tambor de tratamiento (2) que se mantiene en contacto permanente con el bien textil (10) es continuamente humedecida, de forma que en la fase de paso de vapor se consigue un efecto de mojado de vapor. La forma más sencilla y economice para conseguir esta humectación de la funda (9), consiste en crear un nivel de agua condensada (11) en el interior del tambor de tratamiento (2), a partir del cual, y a través de la superficie recubridora perforada, se humedece la funda textil (9) de acuerdo con el principio del papel secante. El tambor de tratamiento (2) de la máquina de decatizado se ha desarrollado aun mas, haciendo que entre la funda interior (9.1) y la funda exterior (9.3) que disponga una capa intermedia (9.2) absorbente.
