Proceso de obtención de fructosa a partir de mostos de uva.El proceso tiene las etapas siguientes: Primera etapa del proceso (Biotecnológica) consiste en transformar la Glucosa en Etanol. Segunda etapa, se separa el Etanol (y parte del agua) de los demás componentes. Tercera etapa, se retienen los componentes naturales que impurifican la Fructosa. Y en las etapas posteriores la solución acuosa, purificada de Fructosa se concentra hasta obtener un "jarabe'', o se deshidrata hasta un "polvo''. La aplicación se encuadra en el sector vitivinícola.Process of obtaining fructose from grape must.
