Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de ácido omega-amino nonanoico o sus esteres, caracterizado pro partirse, para la obtención del primero, de un ácido no saturado de la fórmula general R-CH=CH-(CH2)7-COOH, siendo R un radical monovalente, y por las etapas de someter el ácido no saturado a escisión oxidativa u oxidante para formar semi-aldehido azelaico, junto con otro compuesto aldehídico R.CHO como subproducto y de convertir el semi-aldehido azelaico en ácido omega-amino nonanoico.
