SE PRESENTA UN METODO DE CODIFICACION DE DISCURSO Y UN APARATO QUE APLICA SELECTIVAMENTE TECNICAS DE CODIFICACION DE DISCURSO A SEGMENTOS DE TIEMPO DE SEÑALES DE INFORMACION DE DISCURSO, TALES COMO POR EJEMPLO FORMAS DE ONDA DE CICLO DE PASO. UNA SEÑAL DE INFORMACION DE DISCURSO QUE COMPRENDE N SEGMENTOS DE SEÑAL SE CODIFICA CON UN PRIMER CODIFICADOR DE DISCURSO PARA PROPORCIONAR UNA PRIMERA REPRESENTACION CODIFICADA PARA CADA UNO DE LOS N SEGMENTOS DE SEÑAL. UNA SEGUNDA SEÑAL DE INFORMACION DE DISCURSO QUE REFLEJA LA INFORMACION DE DISCURSO NO CODIFICADA POR EL PRIMER CODIFICADOR ES DETERMINADA PARA CADA UNO DE UNO O MAS DE N SEGMENTOS DE SEÑAL.
