Abstract
Procedimiento e instalación para la realización de pedidos de productos heterogéneos, con pesado y etiquetado de los mismos. Comprende la: - disposición por un operario de carros vacíos (1), en una estación (23) de identificación por sistema informática y ulterior inclusión, por impresora, de una lista con pedidos, indicando recorrido, orden de recogida y distribución de carga en cajas de los pedidos; - extracción del carro vacío (1) con los pedidos y carga del carro (1); - retorno del carro (1) cargado a dicha estación (23); - reconocimiento del carro con carga por el sistema informática y activación de unos medios de descarga del carro (1) sobre una línea de transporte (33, 33a) que conduce a una estación de pesado (34) controlada por operario, y extracción del carro vacío (1); - aplicación de una etiqueta al final de una salida (35) de dicha estación pesadora. Existen unas unidades (20) de transporte y (31,32) de descarga de carros.Procedure and installation for ordering heterogeneous products, weighing and labeling them.
