Abstract

Dosificador de enzimas líquidas que consiste en una proyección del líquido enzimático mediante inyección, sobre el producto final. La dosificación es de alta precisión, medida por un caudalímetro de desplazamiento positivo en tubería. La regulación de la dosificación se realiza mediante una válvula de microrregulación motorizada. El control de dosificación reside en un microprocesador, que integra todas las funciones del equipo.
