Abstract

Dispositivos magnetoresistivos para la detección de presencia y posición de piezas metálicas que se componen de un circuito magnético que utiliza como elemento sensor, un material magnetoresistivo basado en óxidos de manganeso, de la familia de las perovskitas de fórmula general L{sub,1-x A{sub,x MnO{sub,3-y , donde L es un lantánido trivalente (La, Nd, Sm,...) y A es un catión alcalino térreo (Ca, Sr, Ba, Pb.....), preparado mediante la técnica de serigrafía, en forma de capa gruesa. El circuito magnético está formado por un puente de Wheatstone con una o dos ramas magnetoresistivas de resistencias MR1 y MR2, montadas sobre un imán permanente (Figura 1) y en los que el material sensible es La{sub,2/3 Sr{sub,1/3 MnO{sub,3 preparado mediante la técnica de serigrafía, en forma de capa gruesa de unos 20{u m de espesor. Estos dispositivos tienen una aplicación concreta para su uso como cuentarrevoluciones.
