Abstract

Un cierre, en especial para bocas de botellas o de recipientes, con una parte inferior dotada de una abertura, y una tapa aplicada a la parte inferior con ayuda de un dispositivo de charnela, destinada a cerrar la abertura, caracterizado porque está previsto un dispositivo elástico de tracción, cuyos dos extremos están fijados de manera articulada en la parte inferior y en la tapa; porque su punto de fijación en la parte inferior está dispuesto algo por debajo del eje de la charnela, mientras que su punto de fijación en la tapa está corrido desde el eje de la charnela un cierto trecho hacia el centro de la tapa, de tal modo que una recta imaginaria que una los dos puntos de fijación pasa en estado cerrado y abierto de la tapa por lados opuestos entre sí con respecto al eje de la charnela, pasando por dicho eje de la charnela en el movimiento de apertura, así como en el de cierre.
