SE PRESENTA UN METODO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE SUELOS CONTAMINADOS CON HIDROCARBUROS MEDIANTE UNA HIDROLISIS QUIMICA Y/U OXIDACION DE LOS HIDROCARBUROS PRESENTES EN EL SUELO CONTAMINADO CON HIDROCARBUROS. EL METODO CONSISTE EN ACONDICIONAR DE UN MODO PARTICULAR CAL CON UN AGENTE HIDROFOBIFICADOR, CUYO COMPONENTE ESENCIAL ES UNA MEZCLA DE ACIDOS GRASOS PARTICULARES. LA CAL ASI ACONDICIONADA SE MEZCLA INTIMAMENTE CON EL SUELO CONTAMINADO CON HIDROCARBUROS Y HUMEDO FISICAMENTE PREACONDICIONADO, BAJO CONDICIONES DE ALTO ESFUERZO CORTANTE, EN DONDE EL GRADO DE LA MEZCLA SE REALIZA AL MENOS A UN NIVEL CASI MICROSCOPICO. UNA CARGA DE TAL MEZCLA DE CAL ACONDICIONADA Y SUELO MEZCLADOS SE TRANSPORTA A UN RECIPIENTE DE REACCION CERRADO, BIEN DE FORMA CONTINUA O POR LOTES, Y SE LLEVA A CABO LA HIDRATACION DE LA CAL PRESENTE EN LA CARGA DE CAL ACONDICIONADA Y SUELO MEZCLADOS. EL CALOR DE LA REACCION DE HIDRATACION SE MANTIENE DENTRO DEL RECIPIENTE. DE FORMA SUSTANCIALMENTE SIMULTANEA SE INTRODUCE AIRE Y/OAIRE ENRIQUECIDO CON OXIGENO EN EL RECIPIENTE DE REACCION, JUNTO CON VAPOR Y/O AGUA, PARA QUE ASI TENGA LUGAR UNA OXIDACION DE LOS HIDROCARBUROS A TEMPERATURA INTERMEDIA, SIN LLAMA O DE SUS PRODUCTOS DE DEGRADACION HIDROLIZADOS. A ESTOS PRODUCTOS SE LES HACE PASAR A TRAVES DE LA CARGA SE CAL ACONDICIONADA/SUELO MEZCLADOS A UNA TEMPERATURA QUE VA AUMENTANDO PROGRESIVAMENTE. EL PRODUCTO DEL SUELO DESCONTAMINADO SE DESCARGA DEL RECIPIENTE DE REACCION Y SE PUEDE REFRIGERAR Y HACERLO PASAR A CONTINUACION A TRAVES DE UNA ZONA DONDE SE PUEDE ROCIAR CON UN SURFACTANTE. AL PRODUCTO DEL SUELO DESCONTAMINADO SE LE HACE PASAR A UN MEZCLADOR DONDE SE MEZCLA CON AGUA SUFICIENTE COMO PARA OBTENER UN PRODUCTO SIN POLVO SUSTANCIALMENTE.
