LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN DISPOSITIVO PARA EL CONTROL LOCAL DE CAMPOS ELECTRICOS Y MAGNETICOS DE BAJA FRECUENCIA QUE SON CAPACES DE ACTUACION SOBRE UNA ESTRUCTURA ELECTRICAMENTE CONDUCTORA ESTANDO EN UN RANGO LIMITADO, EN PARTICULAR SOBRE CUERPO ORGANICO TAL COMO UN SER VIVO. LOS CAMPOS SON NEUTRALIZADOS MEDIANTE LA GENERACION DE UN CAMPO DE INTERFERENCIA. NO SOLAMENTE PERMITE QUE SE EVITEN LOS EFECTOS DAÑINOS DE UN CAMPO LOCAL DE ESTE TIPO, SINO TAMBIEN HACE POSIBLE LA PRODUCCION DE UNA ACCION DESEADA.
