EL METODO COMPRENDE MEZCLAR EN UN RECIPIENTE ADECUADO LAS BOLAS DE MELON TRATADAS Y EL ALMIBAR Y ESTERILIZAR POR TRATAMIENTO TERMICO EN AUTOCLAVE. EL ELABORADO ALIMENTICIO TIENE APLICACION EN ALIMENTACION.PREPARED FOOD BASED ON MELON AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE. THE MANUFACTURER INCLUDES SOME MELON BALLS TREATED WITH A SOURCE OF CALCIUM IN A ALMIBAR THAT INCLUDES SACAROSA, A PRODUCT THAT REDUCES THE PH OF THE MELON WITHOUT CAUSING THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAS AN ACID FLAVOR DIFFERENT FROM THAT OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT, A THICKENER, A OF MELON AND WATER, HAVING SUCH ALMIBAR A PH INCLUDED BETWEEN 2.3 AND 2.7 AND BETWEEN 24 AND 26 BRIX.
