Abstract
It comprises two zones, one at high pressure composed of a high-pressure hydraulic pump A which introduces water inside the vacuum chamber C and safety valve H, and another zone at low pressure composed of the vacuum chamber C at a pressure which is sufficiently below that of the ambient environment. In its inside, it has an electrical generator G whose turbine moves the water from the hydraulic pump A and the electrical energy passes to the outside via the valves I. A low-pressure hydraulic pump B extracts the water from the inside of the vacuum chamber C to the ambient environment. It applies to the electricity generation industry. <IMAGE>
