SE PUEDEN UTILIZAR ELEMENTOS DE AMPLIACION DE SECUENCIAS DE ACIDO NUCLEICO ESPECIFICO DEL SEGUNDO EXON DE GENES DRBETA DEL ALH E INVESTIGACIONES PARA IDENTIFICAR SECUENCIAS POLIMORFICAS CONTENIDAS EN EL ADN AMPLIADO EN PROCESOS PARA TIPIFICAR MUESTRAS DE HOMOCIGOTOS Y HETEROCIGOTOS A PARTIR DE UNA VARIEDAD DE FUENTES Y PARA DETECTAR VARIANTES ALELICAS NO DISTINGUIBLES CON LOS METODOS SEROLOGICOS.
