EL OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCION ES DISEÑAR UN VEHICULO VOLADOR CAPAZ DE UN VUELO AERODINAMICAMENTE EFICIENTE TANTO A BAJO COMO A ALTO NIVEL DE VUELO, ASI COMO DESPEGAR Y ATERRIZAR DE AERODROMOS NO PREPARADOS Y DESDE EL AGUA BAJO CONDICIONES DE ESTABILIZACION Y CONTROL DE MOVIMIENTO DE TODOS LOS REGIMENES DE VUELO. EL OBJETIVO SE CONSIGUE DEBIDO AL HECHO DE QUE EN EL VEHICULO VOLADOR SE COMBINAN UN FUSELAJE EN FORMA DE ALA DE TRANSPORTE, UNA INSTALACION DE PRODUCCION DE ENERGIA, UN DISPOSITIVO DE COLCHON DE AIRE PARA DESPEGUE Y ATERRIZAJE, UN SISTEMA GASODINAMICO DE CONTROL DE LA CAPA LIMITE, UN DISPOSITIVO PARA CONTROLAR LA POSICION DEL FLUJO QUE SALE DEL BORDE TRASERO ASI COMO SISTEMAS DE CONTROL DE VUELO Y DE ESTABILIZACION, EL DISPOSITIVO DE COLCHON DE AIRE PARA DESPEGUE Y ATERRIZAJE CONSTADE UNA TOVERA IMPULSORA EN FORMA DE RANURA (12) Y UNOS TALONES DE QUILLA LATERALES (17) ENTRE LOS CUALES SE MONTAN UNAS ALETAS GIRATORIAS (21, 22, 23) QUE CONTROLAN EL VUELO DEL VEHICULO Y REGULAN LA POSICION DEL CENTRO DE PRESION DEL FONDO.
