EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE LA EVAPORACION PARCIAL DEL AGUA CONTENIDA EN LAS VINAZAS O EFLUENTES CARGADOS CON PRODUCTOS NO FERMENTADOS RESULTANTES DE LA FERMENTACION DE LA MELAZA DE LA CAÑA DE AZUCAR, A TEMPERATURA CONTROLADA, PARA AUMENTAR LA CONCENTRACION DE LIGNOSULFONATOS PRESENTE EN LA SOLUCION ACUOSA HASTA UN 45-55% EN PESO Y CON UN 10% EN PESO DE INSOLUBLES, Y SI SE DESEA: (A) REDUCIR EL CONTENIDO EN INSOLUBLES EN LA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE LIGNOSULFONATOS MEDIANTE LA SEPARACION DE LOS MISMOS POR DECANTACION O CENTRIFUGACION Y/O (B) VAPORIZAR DICHA SOLUCION ACUOSA PARA OBTENER LIGNOSULFONATOS EN POLVO. CON ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO SE SOLUCIONA UN PROBLEMA MEDIOAMBIENTAL POR EL VERTIDO INCONTROLADO DE VINAZAS Y SE OBTIENE UN PRODUCTO CON PROPIEDADES TENSIOACTIVAS, ADHESIVAS Y DISPERSANTES DE AMPLIA APLICACION.PROCEDURE FOR THE OBTAINING OF LIGNOSULPHONATES FROM CANE OF SUGAR. THE PROCEDURE INCLUDES THE PARTIAL EVAPORATION OF THE WATER CONTAINED IN THE VINEYARDS OR EFFLUENTS LOADED WITH NON-FERMENTED PRODUCTS RESULTING FROM THE FERMENTATION OF SUGAR CANE MOLASSES, AT A CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE AT LACIONOSUFUROSA LAUROSUFUROSA LAURA CONCENTRATION -55% IN WEIGHT AND WITH 10% IN WEIGHT OF INSOLUBLES, AND IF DESIRED: (A) REDUCE THE CONTENT IN INSOLUBLES IN THE AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF LIGNOSULPHONATES THROUGH THE SEPARATION OF THEMSELVES BY DECANTATION OR CENTRIFUGATION AND / OR (B) SPRAY SUCH AQUEOUS SOLUTION TO OBTAIN LIGNOSULPHONATES IN POWDER.
