Abstract

The ball mounting has an adjusting rod (202) with a spherical head (201) at its free end. A capsule (100) fixed to the reflector has a housing (133) for the head. The housing has a seat for the spherical head, and two elastic tabs (130) to lock the head in the housing. The free end of the spherical head has a flattened end (201a) to reduce the contact surface between the head and the seat. Each locking tab is elastically engaged against the head of the rod. The ends of the tabs are curved, with a greater curvature than the spherical head. This results in the tabs having only the edges in contact with the ball.
