LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UNA CONSTRUCCION DE CALDERA DE CALOR RESIDUAL INSTALADA A CONTINUACION DE UN HORNO DE FUSION DE SUSPENSIONES, PARTICULARMENTE UN HORNO DE FUSION RAPIDA, CONSTRUCCION EN LA QUE SE IMPIDE QUE LOS GASES PORTADORES DE POLVO CREADOS EN EL HORNO DE FUSION DE SUSPENSIONES FLUYAN DIRECTAMENTE DESDE LA SECCION DE RADIACION DE LA CALDERA DE CALOR RESIDUAL A SU SECCION DE CONVECCION, CON EL FIN DE REDUCIR LA TENDENCIA DEL POLVO A ACUMULARSE CAUSADA POR ESTOS GASES, Y CON EL FIN DE UTILIZAR VENTAJOSAMENTE EL VOLUMEN TOTAL DE LA CALDERA DE CALOR RESIDUAL ASI COMO PROLONGAR EL TIEMPO DE RESIDENCIA. LA INVENCION SE REFIERE TAMBIEN A UN METODO PARA INTENSIFICAR EL MEZCLADO DEL GAS Y PARA AUMENTAR SIMULTANEAMENTE EL TIEMPO DE RESIDENCIA EN LA SECCION DE RADIACION DE LA CALDERA DE CALOR RESIDUAL.
