Abstract
Un dispositivo de control que incluye un cuerpo semi-conductor en el cual una tensión de control en un circuito de control conectado a un electrodo de control de dicho cuerpo permite un control del paso de la corriente suministrada por una fuente de corriente en un circuito de utilización caracterizado porque dicho cuerpo semiconductor está provisto de dos electrodos equivalentes y dicho circuito de utilización está conectado a dichos dos electrodos equivalentes.
