PARA LA TRANSMISION DIGITAL DE IMAGENES EN MOVIMIENTO CON TASAS DE DATOS BAJAS, SE EMPLEAN METODOS EN LOS CUALES SE RECONSTRUYE LA IMAGEN ACTUAL CON AYUDA DE VECTORES DE MOVIMIENTO PARA BLOQUES LIMITADOS DE PUNTOS DE IMAGEN PROCEDENTES DE LA IMAGEN PREVIA. LOS ERRORES ORIGINADOS EN LA RECONSTRUCCION SON CORREGIDOS POR LA TRANSMISION DE UNA IMAGEN DIFERENCIA DE ERROR. SIN EMBARGO, ESTE PROCESO NO PUEDE SER USADO PARA LA TRANSMISION COMPATIBLE DE SEÑALES DE TELEVISION. POR LA INVENCION ES POSIBLE LA RECONSTRUCCION EN EL LADO DECODIFICADO DE SEÑALES DE IMAGEN PROGRESIVAS A PARTIR DE SEÑALES DE IMAGEN INTERLACE TRANSMITIDAS. PARA ELLO SON OBTENIDOS VECTORES DEL MOVIMIENTO EN EL CODIFICADOR A PARTIR DE IMAGENES EXPLORADAS PROGRESIVAMENTE PARA BLOQUES DE PUNTOS IMAGEN QUE SE TRANSMITEN AL DECODIFICADOR EN FORMA DE INFORMACIONES DIGITALES ADICIONALES. CON AYUDA DE ESTOS VECTORES DE MOVIMIENTO RECONSTRUYE EL DECODIFICADOR CADA VEZ A PARTIR DE LA IMAGEN PROGRESIVA ANTERIOR LA IMAGEN PROGRESIVA ACTUAL. ADEMAS, SE SUSTITUYEN LAS MITADES DE LAS LINEAS ASI RECONSTRUIDAS POR LINEAS INTERLACE TRANSMITIDAS, DE FORMA QUE UNA MITAD DE LAS LINEAS DE LA IMAGEN REPRODUCIDA SE COMPONE DE LINEAS INTERLACE TRANSMITIDAS Y LA OTRA MITAD DE LINEAS RECONSTRUIDAS. EN BLOQUES EN LOS QUE LAS LINEAS DESAPARECIDAS NO SE PUEDEN RECONSTRUIR LOGICAMENTE CON AYUDA DE VECTORES DE MOVIMIENTO, SE INTERPOLAN ESTAS LINEAS A PARTIR DE LAS LINEAS INTERLACE TRANSMITIDAS. PARA ESTOS BLOQUES SE TRANSMITE EN LUGAR DE UN VECTOR UNA ORDEN DE INTERPOLACION EN LAS INFORMACIONES DIGITALES ADICIONALES. LA INFORMACION ADICIONAL ES TRANSMITIDA CON UNA MODULACION ULTRANEGRA EN LAS TIRAS NEGRAS DEL FORMATO DEL BLOQUE DE LA LETRA, POR EJEMPLO, MODULADA SOBRE EL PORTADOR DE COLOR. DE ESTE MODO ES POSIBLE RECIBIR LAS SEÑALES DE IMAGEN COMO UNA SEÑAL DE IMAGEN INTERLACE EN LOS USUALES RECEPTORES DE TELEVISION 4:3 COMO TAMBIEN EN COMBINACION CON EL FORMATO DEL BLOQUE DE LA LETRA COMO IMAGEN PROGRESIVA SOBRE LOS RECEPTORES DE TELEVISION MEJORADOS 16:9.
