LAS FIBRAS ONDULADAS DE CELULOSA HILADA CON DISOLVENTES SE FABRICAN Y SE COMPRUEBA SI HAN SUFRIDO DAÑOS EN UN METODO SEGUN EL CUAL: I) LA CELULOSA SE DISUELVE EN UN DISOLVENTE DE OXIDO DE AMINA PARA OBTENER UNA SOLUCION DE CELULOSA CALIENTE, II) LA SOLUCION DE CELULOSA CALIENTE SE EXTRUYE A TRAVES DE UN CONJUNTO DE MATRIZ PARA FORMAR UNA ESTOPA DE FILAMENTOS CONTINUOS, III) A LA ESTOPA SE LE HACE PASAR A TRAVES DE UN BAÑO DE AGUA PARA LIXIVIAR EL OXIDO DE AMINA, IV) SE ONDULA LA ESTOPA HACIENDOLA PASAR A TRAVES DE UN PRENSAESTOPAS DONDE ES COMPRIMIDA PARA FORMAR LAS ONDULACIONES, V) SE INYECTA VAPOR SECO EN EL PRENSAESTOPAS DURANTE EL PROCESO DE ONDULACION Y VI) A LA ESTOPA ONDULADA QUE SALE DEL PRENSAESTOPAS SE LE HACE PASAR A TRAVES DE UNOS ELEMENTOS DE DETECCION CON LOS QUE, VII) SE PROYECTA UN HAZ A TRAVES DE LA TRAYECTORIA DE MOVIMIENTO DE LA ESTOPA QUE ES RECIBIDO POR UN ELEMENTO DE RECEPCION QUE HAY COLOCADO EN EL LADO OPUESTO DE LA ESTOPA, EL ELEMENTO DE RECEPCION SE CALIBRA DE MODOQUE GENERE UNA SEÑAL SI EL OBSCURECIMIENTO DEL HAZ POR PARTE DE LA ESTOPA VARIA EN UNA CANTIDAD MAYOR A UNA PREDETERMINADA.
