EL PROCEDIMIENTO DE ACONDICIONAMIENTO POR METALIZACION DE GRAFITO RADIACTIVO PROCEDENTE DE INSTALACIONES NUCLEARES O DE SU DESMANTELAMIENTO, CONSISTE EN LA METALIZACION DE GRAFITO IRRADIADO CON UNA DOBLE CAPA DELGADA DE COBRE-NIQUEL PARA SU IMPERMEABILIZACION, MINIMIZANDO LA LIXIVIACION DE LOS RADIONUCLEIDOS CONTENIDOS, Y FACILITANDO SU MANEJABILIDAD AL ELIMINAR EL PROBLEMA DE LA UNTUOSIDAD.
