MEDIANTE UN HILADO RAPIDO, A BASE DE HACER PASAR A DICHA SOLUCION A TRAVES DE LA SALIDA DE LA HILERA HASTA QUE ENTRA EN UN TUNEL A UNA PRESION Y TEMPERATURA INFERIORES A LA DE LA SOLUCION, SIENDO LA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR AL PUNTO DE EBULLICION DEL SOLVENTE ORGANICO, SE FORMAN HEBRAS DE FIBRILLAS DE PELICULA PLEXIFILIFORMES. EN O PASADA LA SALIDA DE LA HILADA, PERO AUN DENTRO DEL TUNEL, LAS HEBRAS Y EL SOLVENTE ENTRAN EN CONTACTO EN EL TUNEL CON UN FLUIDO INERTE QUE TIENE UNA FASE DE LIQUIDO Y UNA FASE DE VAPOR, SIENDO LA CANTIDAD DE FLUIDO INERTE TAL QUE LA RELACION DE LA VELOCIDAD DE FLUJO VOLUMETRICA TOTAL DE VAPOR DEL SOLVENTE MAS EL VAPOR DEL FLUIDO INERTE A LA VELOCIDAD DE FLUJO DE LA MASA DEL POLIMERO SEA SUPERIOR A 4,5 M3/KG EN EL TUNEL. LA TEMPERATURA DEL FLUIDO INERTE EN EL TUNEL ES DE 2 A 40 (GRADOS) C INFERIOR AL PUNTO DE FUSION DEL POLIMERO. SE RECUPERAN FIBRAS DISCONTINUAS Y RESISTENTES.
