THE METHOD INCLUDES: A) INCINERING THROUGH PARTIAL COMBUSTION IN STAGED GRILLES (9, 10, 11) THE SOLID RESIDUAL MATERIAL, BEING SUPPLIED TO THE ROTATING OVEN (2) AT A TEMPERATURE SUCH AS A LIQUID SLAG IS FORMED; B) ADD THE LIQUID RESIDUAL MATERIAL TO THE SOLID RESIDUAL MATERIAL THAT IS INCINED IN SUCH STAGED GRILLES (9, 10, 11); AND C) COLLECT ASH PRODUCTS FROM THE COMBUSTION PROCESS, LEADING THEM AGAIN TO THE ROTATING OVEN (2). THE APPLIANCE INCLUDES A STAGED GRILL SECTION (1); A ROTATING OVEN (2), THERE IS A FOOD SET (13) TO DOSE SLAG AND ASH PRODUCTS AT THE INLET END (12) OF THE ROTATING OVEN (2), AND A BURNER (3) AT THE OUTLET END (15 ).
