SE SELECCIONA DE FORMA RAPIDA Y SENCILLA FRAGMENTOS DE ADN AMPLIFICADO POR UNA REACCION DE PCR INESPECIFICA, QUE LUEGO SE UTILIZAN COMO SONDAS ESPECIFICAS DE ESTIRPE O DE ESPECIE, SEGUN SE ELIJA. LOS FRAGMENTOS EXTRAIDOS DE UN GEL DE AGAROSA, SE UTILIZARAN COMO SONDA EN UNA HIBRIDACION SOBRE SOPORTE SOLIDO EN EL QUE SE HAYAN INMOVILIZADO MUESTRAS DE ADN, AMPLIFICADO O NO, DE ESTIRPES BACTERIANAS QUE SE DESEA IDENTIFICAR. CON ESTE METODO SE OBTIENE SONDAS ESPECIFICAS APLICABLES A LA IDENTIFICACION RAPIDA DE ESPECIES EN DIVERSOS CAMPOS.
