Abstract

The invention relates to a process and apparatus for the fabrication of construction elements configured like compressed blocks made with building demolition materials which have been sorted and from which unrecoverable metals and residues have been removed the process also includes a pre-grading and a gage grinding with the corresponding removals of metals and fines generated, whereafter the product obtained is kneaded with a binder, accelerating agents and water in order to form a pressure mouldable mass appropriate to make blocks which will be dried. The apparatus comprises a frame carrying the crushing mills (1) separation and screening units (8), a kneading unit (24) and a pressing unit (25) as well as a drive unit for actuation and optional displacement of the assembly. The invention provides for the production of high resistant construction elements made of building demolition materials and makes possible the utilization of such elements in situ.
