PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE COMPLEJOS DE INCLUSION DE TENOXICAM CON CICLODEXTRINAS. EL PROCEDIMIENTO PUEDE CONSISTIR EN UNA SIMPLE COMOLTURACION DEL TENOXICAM Y DE LA CICLODEXTRINA CORRESPONDIENTE, EN PRESENCIA DE UN DISOLVENTE APROPIADO, CON SEPARACION FINAL DEL DISOLVENTE. TAMBIEN PUEDE HACERSE REACCIONAR UNA SOLUCION DE TENOXICAM EN UN DISOLVENTE APROPIADO CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE LA CICLODEXTRINA, SEPARANDO POR FILTRACION EL COMPLEJO FORMADO. LA CICLODEXTRINA SE ELIGE DEL GRUPO CONSTITUIDO POR ALFA-CICLODEXTRINA, BETA-CICLODEXTRINA, Y GAMMA-CICLODEXTRINA. LA RELACION MOLAR DE TENOSICAM:CICLODEXTRINA ESTA COMPRENDIDA EN LA GAMA DE 1:0,1 Y 1:15. ESTOS COMPLEJOS DE INCLUSION SE UTILIZAN COMO PRINCIPIOS ACTIVOS EN COMPOSICIONES FARMACEUTICAS CON ACCION ANTIINFLAMATORIA, POR EJEMPLO EN ARTRITIS REUMATOIDE Y OTRAS, Y EN TRANSTORNOS EXTRAARTICULARES, COMO TENDINITIS, Y OTRAS.
