Abstract
FERTILIZANTE BACTERIANO Y PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION. LA PRESENTE INVENCION ES UN FERTILIZANTE BACTERIANO (BIOFERTILIZANTE) CONSISTENTE EN UNA SUSPENSION QUE CONTIENE CELULAS DE NUEVAS ESTIRPES DE LOS MICROORGANISMOS AZOTOBACTER VINELANDII Y AZOSPIRILLUM BRASILENSE. DICHO FERTILIZANTE BACTERIANO CONSISTE EN UNA SUSPENSION DE MICROORGANISMOS EN UN MEDIO ACUOSO. LOS MICROORGANISMOS SE OBTIENEN POR UN PROCEDIMIENTO QUE COMPRENDE: A) CULTIVO EN PLACA DE LA ESTIRPE ORIGINAL; B) TRATAMIENTO DE LAS COLONIAS PRECEDENTES DEL CULTIVO ANTERIOR CON OTRO MEDIO DE CULTIVO; Y C) CULTIVO DE LAS COLONIAS AISLADAS DEL PASO ANTERIOR. LAS VENTAJAS QUE SUPONE EL EMPLEO DE ESTAS NUEVAS ESTIRPES DE MICROORGANISMOS VIENEN DADAS POR SU MEJOR TOLERANCIA A MEDIOS MUY ALCALINOS Y LA MEJOR FIJACION DE N2 ASI COMO POR LA MAYOR CAPACIDAD DE ASIMILACION DE LOS COMPUESTOS FORMADOS POR LOS EXUDADOS DE LAS RAICES DE LAS PLANTAS.
