QUE ACTUAN CONTRA UNA PARTE DE LOS ANTIGENOS BUSCADOS (AGA1, AGA2...). UNA SERIE DE SOPORTES FIJOS, PREFERENTEMENTE EN FORMA DE PEINE, QUE LLEVAN ANTICUERPOS (AKB1, AKB2...) ACTIVOS CONTRA LA OTRA PARTE DE LOS ANTIGENOS BUSCADOS (AGB1, AGB2...) SE PONEN EN CONTACTO CON LA PRUEBA. UNA VEZ FORMADO EL COMPLEJO, LAS CAZOLITAS Y LOS SOPORTES FIJOS SE SOMETEN A UN LAVADO PARA QUITAR LAS PROTEINAS NO ADSORBIDAS Y LOS COMPLEJOS ADSORBIDOS EN LAS CAZOLITAS Y/O EN LOS SOPORTES FIJOS (AKA1 AN CON UNA MEZCLA DE ENZIMAS DE ANTICUERPOS MARCADAS (AKA1E*..., AKB1E*...)
