Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an antigen-antibody reaction without dispersion and is strong by a method wherein microcapsule grains are used as carrier grains for combining an antigen and an antibody and the antigen or the antibody is bonded on the surfaces of walls. CONSTITUTION:Microcapsule grains are employed as carriers for combining an antigen and an antibody. When the antigen or the antibody is bonded to microcapsules, wall composition, which is chemically combined without removing the activity of the antigen or the antibody and can be capsulated, is selected as the wall materials of the microcapsules, and bonded by means of methods, such as, an aldehyde bridging method, etc. When the antigen and the antibody are reacted by using the microcapsules, a reaction is obtained which is excellent in accuracy and reproducibility and causes no dispersion.
