PERFECCIONAMIENTOS EN RADIADORES DE VEHICULOS AUTOMOVILES. CONSISTE EN LA INCORPORACION DE UN TABIQUE (1) QUE OBSTRUYE UNA PARTE DE LA SECCION DE PASO DE UNA TUBERIA HORIZONTAL (2) POR DONDE CIRCULA EL FLUIDO REFRIGERANTE HACIA EL MOTOR, DE TAL MANERA QUE EL VASO DE EXPANSION (5) SE COMUNICA INTERIORMENTE CON EL TUBO HORIZONTAL (2) POR MEDIO DE DOS ABERTURAS SEPARADAS POR DICHO TABIQUE (1) QUE SE PROLONGA HACIA ARRIBA. DE ESTA FORMA, SE CONSIGUE QUE PARTE DEL REFRIGERANTE PROVENIENTE DEL RADIADOR Y DEL MOTOR, ASI COMO LAS BURBUJAS DE GAS, CHOQUEN FRONTALMENTE CONTRA DICHO TABIQUE, ELEVANDOSE HACIA ARRIBA ESTAS ULTIMAS HASTA EL VASO DE EXPANSION (5) DONDE DESAPARECERAN AL SITUARSE EN LA SUPERFICIE LIBRE DEL LIQUIDO. ADEMAS, SE HA PREVISTO EN EL INTERIOR DEL TUBO COLECTOR VERTICAL (6) POR DONDE DISCURRE EL FLUIDO AGUAS ABAJO HACIA EL TUBO HORIZONTAL (5), UN CONDUCTO ACODADO (7) QUE SE COMUNICA CON EL VASO DE EXPANSION (2) Y POR EL QUE PASA UNA PARTE DEL AGUA Y DE BURBUJAS Y AIRE HASTA DICHO VASO DE EXPANSION (5). CON ESTOS PERFECCIONAMIENTOS EN RADIADORES DE VEHICULOS AUTOMOVILES, SE CONSIGUE ELIMINAR PRACTICAMENTE LA TOTALIDAD DE LAS BURBUJAS DEL FLUIDO REFRIGERANTE, CONSTITUYENDO ESTO UN FENOMENO FUNDAMENTAL PARA OPTIMIZAR EL TRABAJO DEL RADIADOR.
