ESTA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE SEPARACION DEL AZUFRE DE UN PROCESO DE HERVIDO DE CELULOSA DE UNA FABRICA DE CELULOSA AL SULFATO Y DE RECICLADO DEL AZUFRE PARA SER REUTILIZADO. EN EL PROCEDIMIENTO, EL AZUFRE SE SEPARA Y RECUPERA COMO GASES ODORIFEROS PRODUCIDOS EN DIVERSAS ETAPAS DEL PROCESO, GASES QUE SE PASAN A UNA ETAPA DE COMBUSTION DE GASES ODORIFEROS Y DESPUES SE OXIDAN, MEDIANTE UN CATALIZADOR, A TRIOXIDO DE AZUFRE QUE, COMO SOLUCION ACUOSA, PRODUCE ACIDO SULFURICO. EL ACIDO SULFURICO SE UTILIZA DE NUEVO PARA SUSTITUIR AL ACIDO SULFURICO EXTERIOR NECESARIO EN LA FABRICA.
