DURANTE EL PROCESO DE LLENADO, EL TAPON SE MUEVE HACIA ARRIBA Y HACIA ABAJO, DEPENDIENDO, SOBRE TODO, DEL NIVEL DE CALDO (14) EN LA COQUILLA. TAMBIEN DURANTE EL PROCESO DE LLENADO SE PUEDE INTRODUCIR GAS INERTE, EN ESPECIAL ARGON, POR EL TAPON DEL FONDO (FLECHA 15). PARA REGULAR EL NIVEL DEL CALDO (14) DENTRO DE LA COQUILLA (25), SE INTRODUCE EL GAS INERTE EN DEPENDENCIA DEL NIVEL DE CALDO (14) DE FORMA QUE AL SUBIR EL NIVEL SE INTRODUCE MAS GAS INERTE QUE AL BAJAR EL NIVEL. ASI SE MANTIENE CONSTANTE EL NIVEL DEL CALDO, AL TENER UN GRADO DE APERTURA DEL TAPON, PREVIAMENTE DADO.
